The firm is looking to expand its Commercial and Property team and is looking for an experienced 3-4 PAE Lawyer to join their reputable practice.
THE ROLE
The firm is looking to expand its Commercial and Property team and is looking for an experienced 3-4 PAE Lawyer to join their reputable practice. Largely centred on commercial, property and leasing law you will be involved in the following:
- General commercial property matters
- Residential property and
conveyancing matters - Business sales and acquisitions
- Commercial and retail leasing
- Drawing and drafting general
commercial contracts - Mortgage and security law
and documentation.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate must have:
- Excellent knowledge of
property/retail leasing law - Experience in general commercial law
- Good commercial drafting skills
- Ability to maintain strong relationships
with clients - Ability to effectively supervise and mentor junior peers and support staff
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to undertake legal research.

The firm is looking to expand its existing family law department and this is a new role. The firm seeks an enthusiastic solicitor to join the team to undertake predominately family law work.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate must:
- Be admitted to practice and have experience in family law;
- Have experience in handling family law matters from start to finish;
- Be able to operate independently;
- Be able to appear personally or brief counsel where appropriate.
